NEW BUDGET for 2011 SHOWS NO INCREASE ON MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEE:

Because of scheduling conflicts and to allow all the financials to be finished on time, the Board of Directors meeting has been moved from the third Thursday to the Fourth Thursday of every other month.

Any homeowner who wishes to rent their townhouse, must have the prospective tenants approved by the association, and give a deposit of $500. For more information please contact the property manager.
As per our bylaws and the City of Pembroke Pines code, there should not be overnight parking in the streets of the community. (See Details...).
