After much debate and discussion, the Board of
Director has agreed on a new budget for 2009.
Even though much of our expenses have
increased, the Board of Directors had decided
to keep the same maintenance fee as 2008.
As explained in the
latest newsletter, we will not be servicing
the properties of those who are behind in
their maintenance fees or that have not made
arrangements to get caught up. This includes
but is not limited to grass cutting, sprinkler
maintenance and cable services. If you are
behind more than one month and want to make
payment arrangements to avoid loosing
services, please call the property manager, Jane
Brock, at 954-753-2675.
As always, your board of directors is here to
serve the community and if you have any
questions or concerns, please e-mail
one of us or better yet, attend the monthly
board meetings and talk to us.
Thank you
Your Board of
Directors |
