Any homeowner who wishes to rent their townhouse, must have the
prospective tenants approved by the association, and give a deposit
of $500. For more information please contact the property
manager.
As per our bylaws and the City of Pembroke Pines code, there should
not be overnight parking in the streets of the community. (See
