GARBAGE
CAN STORAGE
According to the bylaws of ANTIGUA, all garbage containers must
be stored out of sight until the night before your regular garbage
pick-up days. Bylaws Article V #22 addresses this problem very
clearly. In addition, Exhibit "B" - RULES AND REGULATIONS
#3 also addresses this subject.
Our management company will immediately begin issuing violation
citations to those homeowners that do not comply with these
rules. After proper notification, fines will be levied to those
that continue to violate these regulations. We understand that
these containers are larger than you normally have been using
and are harder to handle than your regular sized containers,
but these containers are constructed with wheels on the back
that make it very easy to roll to the sidewalk on the specified
garbage collection days.
