These rules are for your child's protection and will be enforced.

IMPORTANT COMMUNITY NOTICE REGARDING LEAVING SWIMMING POOL GATE PROPED OPEN.

Please be advised that several home owners using the community swimming pool have been seen leaving the pool front safety gate open by placing a chair in front of it so it does not properly close.

This not only against the association rules, but it is in fact against the law. The reason for the safety gate is so that small unattended children do not wander into the pool area, fall in and drown. We have all seen the news where small children have lost their lives because of incidents such as the gate being forced to stay open.

This is a very irresponsible act specially by adults and if caught, those responsible will face an immediate hearing and fine by the association.

In addition, if a small child were to become injured, or loss their life, the individual responsible for propping the pool gate open will be held liable.

Please remember that the community's swimming pool area is under twenty-four hour video surveillance and that the pool gate must remain closed at all times.
